Alec Baldwin ‘heartbroken’ after fatally shooting woman on set

Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin was handed a loaded weapon by an assistant director who said it was safe to use by calling out `cold gun` – moments before he killed a cinematographer on his film set. Court documents show the assistant director didn't know the prop gun was loaded with live rounds. Mr Baldwin said he's cooperating with police as they investigate exactly what happened.
