Amber Heard’s lawyers are calling for a retrial, claiming “improper juror service” in a new twist in the defamation case between the actress and her ex-husband, Johnny Depp. Heard’s lawyers argue one of the individuals originally meant to serve in the trial had been replaced by someone else. Her legal team filed new documents in a Virginia court, arguing Juror 15 was not the person called to serve on jury duty.
