Victoria records eight COVID-19 deaths

Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley says yesterday the state recorded eight further deaths with COVID-19. Mr Foley said of the deaths recorded were two women and six men. "They were a woman in her 70s and a man in his 60s from the Darebin area. "A man in his 40s from Port Phillip. A man in his 80s from Maribyrnong, a man in his 80s from Brimbank, a man in his 70s from the city of Melbourne, a man in his 70s from Glen Eira, and a woman in her 70s from Whittlesea. "Can I take this opportunity to pass our condolences to the families, friends, and communities of those Victorians; our thoughts are with you at this very sad time."
