A 22-year-old college student has become the ninth person to have died after the Astroworld concert disaster in the United States. The woman succumbed to injuries incurred during the stampede, which included suffering multiple heart attacks and oxygen deprivation. There is one person still in hospital after last week’s tragedy, a nine-year-old boy in a medically induced coma after sustaining injuries to his heart, lungs, and brain. Texas authorities are investigating whether concert staff were appropriately trained.
